"I needed repairs done to my car and State Farm made the whole experience run smoothly. They were quick to lead me in the process of how things would be taken care of on their end and steps of what I needed to do. They handled everything with the car center that was doing the work. "If I could give less than 1 star I would. Trying to file a claim for property damage has been the worst experience and terrible customer service from start to finish. Communication from who was assigned to my claim and communication with Tim Ring has been a joke."

I spoke with claims on numerous occasions and there were extensive reviews that took place to see if your claim could be paid. Unfortunately in your situation, not all losses are able to be covered under an insurance policy. I responded to your text and called you each time in a timely manner and was the conduit to connect you with claims to address your questions. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to call our office or visit us in person, and we’ll be happy to assist you. "
