Even though we had switched to another insurance provider years ago and have since moved away, she went above and beyond to assist me recently with an issue related to an out-of-state DMV. I was honestly amazed—not only did Jessica respond promptly, but she treated me with the same care and professionalism you'd expect from someone still managing your account. It really speaks volumes about her character and dedication to helping people, regardless of whether they're current clients. "I needed repairs done to my car and State Farm made the whole experience run smoothly. They were quick to lead me in the process of how things would be taken care of on their end and steps of what I needed to do. They handled everything with the car center that was doing the work.
